Dr. Shelly-Ann Gajadhar (L.L.B., L.E.C., MSc., Pg.Dip., PhD. C.M.E.C)

CEO and Certified High-Performance Coach

Dr. Shelly-Ann Gajadhar, our CEO of Alphastute acts as our High-Performance Coach. After spending three years as a State Prosecutor in Trinidad and Tobago, she chose to diversify her career from law to business. She holds a PhD in Management Research from King's College London, a Masters with Distinction in International Business and Emerging Markets, a Postgraduate Diploma in Career Advice and Information from Oxford and Cambridge RSA, a Bachelor of Laws from the University of the West Indies and a Strategic Leadership Certificate from Harvard Extension School. She is also a Certified Systemic Executive, Team and Board Coach with an ACTP recognised by the International Coaching Federation.

Her deep academic experience of law, business and management principles coupled with her ability to intuitively tap into her clients and their blockages has dubbed her as a performance coach with the ''Midas touch".

As a high-performance coach, specifically working with high performers or those that seek to become more high performing, Dr. Gajadhar gives direct guidance that emphasizes accountability, illuminates blindspots and weaknesses and empowers the client to take informed action in the form of powerful decisions for their life, career and business. Undoubtedly, clients see radical transformation in short time and this is the footprint of Dr. Gajadhar’s work.

In 2020, Dr. Gajadhar was announced as one of the Top 100 Alumni over 100 years at the University of Edinburgh Business School for her impactful work at Alphastute.

 Her life motto, "GO BRAVELY!" continues to inspire many others to lead from their heart center.

 

Teneil John (MSc. Hons., BSc. Hons., CAPM)

Executive Assistant 

Teneil John is a Research Analyst with the Ministry of National Security for the past ten years, specializing in areas of policy writing and development, project management, horizon scanning and geopolitics. Teneil has achieved a BSc in Economics with a minor in International Relations, an MSc in Global Studies, and an MSc in Management Studies (Marketing), all from The University of the West Indies (UWI). Teneil is also the holder of a Certified Associate Certificate in Project Management (CAPM) from the Project Management Institute. She also has leadership training which has reinvigorated her confidence and capabilities to continue working assiduously as a woman in leadership. Teneil has always prided herself on personal and professional development by staying focused on her growth and goals. Professionally, Ms. John hopes to continue developing as a policymaker and strategist for local and foreign governments and organisations.

Teneil is guided by the philosophy of “honouring and walking proudly in her purpose, goals and values”



 

Carly Gray (Certified Life Coach)

Community Moderator of the Go Bravely Mentorship Community

Carly is our Community Moderator of our women’s mentorship Community and provides deep sisterhood, connection and accountability to our membership. A wife and mom of 2, Carly has turned her life’s trauma into triumph by healing and helping women do the same. She has helped numerous women from all walks of life and cultural backgrounds, teaching the power of mind-body connection and helping women deeply access their breath to embrace their inner strength and resilience.

Carly’s work is mostly featured in our Go Bravely Community but she also works closely with our CEO in delivering 1-1 coaching to female leaders.

She is guided by the philosophy that “Grow through what you go through”
