It suffuses approaches to energetics, behavioural patterning and habits to rid the coachee of fear, fatigue and lethargy and create a lifestyle and routine that is performative and effective.

Further Education helps coachees create educational paths for themselves for the purposes of career progression or career transition. This modality also includes university and scholarship preparation and application.

This coaching focuses on career or business goals aimed at the coachee climbing the ladder of success. It blends strategy with practicality ensuring that targets are met by the end of the coaching duration.

This coaching aims to help the coachee become more accepting of their skills, strengths and areas for improvement. It focusses specifically on the improvement of one’s self beyond titles or merit.

VIP Days are for Business Owners who provide services and desire to spend a day with Dr. Shelly-Ann to plan the development or scaling of their business. We do not host these days for Business Owners that provide physical goods.

Our high-performance coaching durations are generally between 3-6 months dependent on the needs of the coachee and, are virtually delivered on a weekly basis. There are some coaching services which can be delivered in less than 3 months such as career and education coaching.

We offer a premium service steeped in excellence, integrity and results. Our coaching containers are a five figure investment with an instalment plan of two equal payments if needed.

Yes, 21 and over. In light of us being a coaching company that specialises in high-performance all clients are required to be at a high-level of emotional maturity and self-regulation to participate in the requisite activities of their coaching tenure.
