Held the LAST Sunday of every month by Dr. Shelly-Ann or invited guests, healing circles invite members to safely release in a emotionally safe environment and heal areas of their life in a guided sisterhood circle

I'm Dr. Shelly-Ann
CEO of Alphastute and Founder of the Go Bravely Mentorship Community
I created this mentorship for women called to lead.
If you’re here, you’re likely ambitious, capable, and carrying big vision—yet feeling unsupported or isolated as you grow into greater leadership. I know that tension well: the desire to take up space, paired with the fear of being “too much.”
I’ve lived the cost of dimming my light to belong however I am now a testimony of embodying the transformation that comes from choosing brave leadership. From career transitioning from law to business to academia, to migrating 3 times and cursing my PhD as the only Black student in a top university I know what it takes to GO BRAVELY.
The Go Bravely Community exists so you don’t have to answer the call to leadership alone.
This community is where leadership is sharpened, productivity systems are built, and the inner work required to lead well is honored. I bring over 15+ years of academic and professional expertise to support women in executing boldly, leading with clarity, and integrating both strength and softness as they rise.
This Community has proven to be a safe-haven for women who are called to leadership to feel SEEN, CELEBRATED and SUPPORTED!
In this community I promise you genuine sisterhood, genuine connection and genuine support.

Christa Stoneham, CEO of Houston Land Bank
Christa joined the Go Bravely Mentorship Community in 2021 and her growth has been ASTRONOMICAL!
When she first joined Community she was in need of greater confidence to advocate her mission of community building and creating more integration in her life and work.
Since joining Community Christa has become the youngest CEO of a Land Banks in the USA as she leads the Houston Land Bank. By utilising the mentorship and teachings within the Go Bravely Community she has achieved significant milestones which include:
- Being appointed to the Center for Community Progress (CCP) Board of Directors, becoming the first and only board member who is a land bank practitioner at the national nonprofit overseeing 300+ land banks and revitalization efforts.

Appointed to the AIA Houston Foundation Board, furthering initiatives that connect design, equity, and community development.

Serves on the Public Policy Committee at the Greater Houston Partnership (GHP), contributing expertise on land use, housing, and urban policy.

Featured in 8 national publications on pioneering work in affordable housing and leadership.

Recognized as one of the Top 50 Black Professionals in Texas
- Received the Legacy Builder Award at the 40 Acre Conference (2025).

Raised $8.7 million in funding (2024).

Secured the largest EPA grant in Region 6 ($5.5M for brownfield redevelopment).

Completed 70+ hours of personal and leadership development since joining Go Bravely in 2021.
