I created this mentorship for women called to lead.
If you’re here, you’re likely ambitious, capable, and carrying big vision—yet feeling unsupported or isolated as you grow into greater leadership. I know that tension well: the desire to take up space, paired with the fear of being “too much” and the worry that comes with not having champions or supporters behind you.
When I career transitioned from law to academia and then business I felt the weight that came with a changing leadership identity. I was called to lead and impact lives but I had no support, no mentors, no champions and no real strategy of how to make it work. Because of my lack of support I struggled with public judgment, I faced unexpected rivalry from counterparts and felt the exclusion that came from being excellent which chipped at my confidence. Though it was 10 years of doing leadership alone and being successful at building a 7 figure company, becoming an author and thought leader and leading a global movement it was so painful and I became committed to not letting another woman walk her path to leadership alone.
I bring over 15+ years of academic and professional expertise to support women in leading bravely, leading with embodiment, and integrating both strength and softness as they rise.
The Go Bravely Community exists so you don’t have to answer your call to leadership alone. Leadership is complex and the weight you carry must be spread amongst other women that can lighten the load with their wisdom, knowledge and unwavering support.
This community is where leadership is supported and sharpened, productivity systems are built, and the inner work required to lead well is honored. Where powerful women can be celebrated for their vulnerability not punished. Where women called to leadership can finally see their reflection in another woman who says "I get it. I've been there. I got you."
This Community has proven to be a safe-haven for women to feel SEEN, CELEBRATED and SUPPORTED!

Held the LAST Sunday of every month by Dr. Shelly-Ann or invited guests, healing circles invite members to safely release in a psychologically safe group setting.

Tisha Jack, CEO of TCJ Management
Tisha joined the Go Bravely Mentorship Community in 2021 and her growth has been INSPIRING!
When she first joined Community she was in need of expert mentorship and a like-minded Community that would help her grow to higher heights as a woman in business, wife and mama.
Since joining Community Tisha has scaled her business and leadership presence in the event management space in Trinidad and Tobago and the Caribbean region. By utilising the mentorship and teachings within the Go Bravely Community she has achieved significant milestones which include:
