Terms and Conditions

 Advisory Services

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase and use of the Exclusive 1-1 Mentor Call, Breakthrough Sessions and any other services with Dr. Shelly-Ann (“Advisor”).  providing a 1-1 advisory service "Advisory Service". By booking and paying for this service, you (“Client”) acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Service Description

The "Advisory Service" is a 60-minute private session with the Advisor for coaching guidance in the areas of career, business and life. 

2. Scheduling

  • Client must schedule and complete their session within 7 calendar days of purchase.

  • Failure to schedule and attend within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of payment, with no refund.

3. No Refund Policy

  • All payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • Once session has been spent, no portion of the payment will be returned, regardless of participation or circumstances.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling is permitted only once and must be done no less than 24 hours in advance.

  • If the client reschedules in less than 24 hours the session will be regarded as spent and the cost of the session forfeited.

  • Where rescheduling has to be made more than once the Advisor has the discretion to cancel the booking and forfeit the session cost.

  • Cancellations made in less than 24 hours will result in forfeiture of 100% of the session fee.

  • If the Client fails to attend the scheduled session (“No Show”), the session will be deemed complete, and payment will be forfeited.

5. No Transfer Policy

  • This service is non-transferable. Bookings cannot be assigned, sold, or transferred to another individual.

6. Time Commitment

  • The session will begin promptly at the scheduled time.

  • Late arrivals will reduce the available session time; the session will end at the originally scheduled end time, with no adjustment or refund.

7. Results Disclaimer

  • The Advisor provides guidance, strategies, and recommendations based on experience and expertise. However, results are not guaranteed, as they depend on the Client’s commitment, application, and circumstances.

8. Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any personal, business, or sensitive information shared during the session.

  • The Advisor may use anonymized examples as well as BTS footage of session for training or marketing purposes, but no identifying details will be shared without written consent.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

  • Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, and both parties consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.

By booking any one of the Advisory Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
